What warranty comes with the system?
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 2–3 years depending on brand), and our installation workmanship is covered for 12 months.
Do you install outside Melbourne?
We service all of greater Melbourne. Sites further out are still possible — just mention your suburb when you book the free audit.
Why does a double-storey home cost more?
Extra cable run and working from height (ladder or scaffold access) add install time. It's a fixed add-on per package, shown upfront — not a reason to re-quote from scratch.
Who owns the footage, and is it private?
Footage stays on your own NVR or cloud account — we don't retain a copy or access it after handover. It's yours, stored the way you choose during setup.
