FAQs
FAQ
Can you support our WMS provider?
In most cases, yes. We support a wide range of warehouse management systems including Manhattan Associates, Fishbowl, MYOB Advanced, and custom-built WMS platforms. Our role isn't to replace your WMS vendor's support — it's to make sure the underlying infrastructure (servers, network, devices, internet) is solid so your WMS runs the way it's supposed to. If you're having issues with your WMS specifically, we'll liaise with your vendor on your behalf to get it resolved faster.
Do you manage barcode scanners and mobile devices?
Yes. We can enrol and manage all your warehouse devices — barcode scanners, tablets, handheld terminals, and forklift-mounted computers — under a single mobile device management (MDM) platform. That means we can push updates, troubleshoot issues remotely, lock or wipe a lost device, and make sure everything stays connected and up to date without someone from your team having to deal with it.
Can you improve our warehouse Wi-Fi coverage?
Absolutely. Poor Wi-Fi is one of the most common issues we see in warehouses — dead zones near racking, interference from machinery, and networks that weren't designed for a busy floor environment. We conduct a wireless site survey, identify problem areas, and design a coverage solution using enterprise-grade access points (we work with Cisco Meraki, Aruba, and Fortinet) that gives you reliable signal across your entire floor space, including high-rack areas.
What happens if our internet goes down mid-shift?
We set up failover internet connections for clients where downtime is not an option. That means a secondary 4G or NBN connection that kicks in automatically if your primary link drops — your team keeps working without even noticing. We also monitor your internet connection in real time and are alerted the moment it goes down, so we're already investigating before you've had a chance to call us.
